Be Mindful, Be Calm Workshop: Meditation, Acupuncture & Yoga

Meditation – Get yourself settled and grounded. Begin the calm.
Acupuncture – Opt in or out of acupuncture on the day.
Yoga – Complete your journey with some calming asanas, pranayama (breathing) and relaxation.

When did you last carve some time out in your schedule for peace and calm? Our minds and bodies benefit from a break from the constant stimuli we encounter every day.

All elements are optional on the day, opt in as you choose.
There will be a break in the middle with tea/ water/ fruit teas.

FAQs:
1. Can I come with an injury?
Yes, you will need to let us know what injuries you have on the Health Forms before the sessions begin. You will work within your own limits on the day.

2. Do I have to do all 3 elements?
No – You can opt in to as many or as few as you like. All are included within the price and are available to each person on the day.

3. Do I need to turn up earlier than the advertised time?
You are welcome to come from 1.50pm onwards and will need to complete the health forms prior to starting the workshop.
You are welcome to send your email to Helen who can email you advance copies of the forms which you are welcome to complete and bring with you on the day to get the preparation work done in advance.

4. Do I need to bring anything?
Yes – please bring a yoga mat. You may also bring any cushions/ bolster etc for you to sit on during the meditation.
